Job Description
Your Missions :
Manage and developpe sales product and services for the brand Facil’en Fil.
1/ Take possession of your sector to organize exhibitions and sales inside senior structures:
- Create a prospecting plan by telephone.
- Organise demonstrations.
- Keep up to date the follow up calls and show room sales.
2/ Prospect and visit MJPM (Mandataires Judiciaires pour la Protection des Majeurs) :
- Telephone Prospection to find new MJPM.
- Intervene to find solutions for seniors under their protection and their needs.
3/ Train the nursing staff to the proper use of the medical device "Facilit".
4/ Participate in trade fairs and congresses to promote the different brands.
5/ Be prove of driving force promoting and ensuring technological changes related to sales (e-mail, orders, e-commerce and on field)
Work Environment:
Able to travel to Dardilly (69) twice a year to participate in seminars and for one month of training session.
Hierarchical Positioning: Under Sales Directeur.
Growing Payment (fix + commissions + bonus).
Function vehicle.
Telephone and portable computer.
Gross Payment
30 000 € à 45 000 €
Required Profile
• Studies and /or experience :
Minimum Bac+ 3
- Worked and executed similar responsibilities.
- Justifie a previous experience of minimum 3 years.
• Skills:
- Write and implement a telephone sales pitch.
- Be organized and methodical.
- Establish a prospecting plan.
- Master the demonstration techniques.
- Be rigorous in the administrative monitoring of the activity.
- Be comfortable with computers and programs.
• Inter Personal Skills :
- Autonomy;
- Have a sense of responsibility;
- Have a great sense of service
- Showing empathy.
- Be cordial and outgoing.
- Be comfortable with the elderly and the environment in a medical structure.
